Terms of Service
Last updated November 1, 2026.
These terms are an agreement between you and Gjorge Karakabakov, who runs LaunchTrailer. By creating an account you accept them. If you use LaunchTrailer for a company, you confirm you can accept them on its behalf.
The service
LaunchTrailer reads a web page or the details you enter, drafts copy with AI, and renders short videos from templates. Features may change as the product develops.
Your account
You must be at least 18, give a correct email address, and keep your password safe. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
Subscription and payment
- LaunchTrailer costs $49 a month, plus any tax. There is no free plan. Polar handles checkout and billing, and its terms also apply to your purchase.
- The subscription renews monthly until you cancel. Cancelling stops future payments, and you keep access until the paid period ends.
- Each month includes 5 campaigns, and unused campaigns don't carry over. Campaigns that fail don't count, up to a limit. Each campaign includes 5 full renders and 30 preview updates.
- Fees already paid aren't refundable, except where the law requires a refund or we agree to one. If you're a consumer, you may have a legal right to cancel within a set period. Starting to use the service may affect that right where the law allows.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. A new price applies from your next renewal, and you can cancel before then.
Your content and rights
You keep ownership of what you provide. You give us permission to use it only to run the service for you, including passing it to the providers named in our Privacy Policy.
You confirm that you have the right to use and promote every product, brand, logo, screenshot and web page you submit. Don't make videos about someone else's product without their permission.
The videos
As far as we are able, we assign to you our rights in the videos made for you, and you may use them commercially. Our templates, software and the look of our styles remain ours, and other customers may get videos in the same styles. Because AI writes the drafts, similar copy could be produced for others, and we can't promise any output can be protected by copyright or trademark.
Checking accuracy is your job
AI can make mistakes. LaunchTrailer shows where a claim came from and looks for numbers on the source page, but that only shows your page says it, not that it's true, lawful or up to date. Before publishing, you must check everything in your videos, including claims, prices, comparisons and any statements about other companies. You're responsible for what you publish, including under advertising law.
Acceptable use
Don't use LaunchTrailer to:
- break the law, infringe anyone's rights, or make false or misleading advertising
- impersonate a person or company, or promote harmful, hateful or deceptive products
- probe, overload or get around limits on the service, or reach private systems through it
- resell access, or copy the service to build a competing one
Keep your own copies
Download your videos and keep copies. We work to keep files safe, but LaunchTrailer isn't a backup service, and we may set a storage period for old files after giving notice.
Availability and suspension
We work to keep LaunchTrailer running but don't promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. You can stop using the service at any time.
Disclaimer and liability
To the extent the law allows, the service is provided as it is, without promises that it will suit a particular purpose or achieve particular results, such as sales or a successful launch.
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or data, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited, or the mandatory rights you have as a consumer.
You cover claims you cause
If you use LaunchTrailer for business, you'll cover our reasonable costs if someone brings a claim against us because of what you submitted or published, to the extent the law allows.
Changes and law
We may update these terms. We'll tell you by email about significant changes before they apply, and you can cancel if you disagree. These terms are governed by the law of the country where the operator is based, without taking away any mandatory protection of the country where you live as a consumer.
